Assessment Methods
Conducted according to the department's plan during the examination period.
Additional Examination
- Eligibility: Those who cannot take the exam due to military service, illness, or other unavoidable reasons
- Period: Within 1 week after the end of the regular examination
- How to apply: Students must submit the relevant documents and the application for the additional examination to the college dean through the department (division) head at least 24 hours before the examination.
- Grades: Maximum grade of B⁺ or lower, except in cases of military service (excluding professional soldiers) or public duties approved by the president.
Evaluate Grades
- Grade F for not completing a registered course.
- A grade of 0 for courses where you didn't take a final exam
- Withdrawn courses are not subject to grade evaluation.
- Grades of B+ or lower for additional examinations (except when approved by the President for military service or public service)
- Those who have taken a leave of absence are not subject to grade evaluation.
- Experimental, practical, and design courses that do not include theoretical lectures.
- Courses with 10 or fewer students
- In case of cheating, the course grade will be an F in accordance with the regulations on student rewards and discipline.
Grade Viewing
Available in the system after the end of grading each semester
Academic Warning
- Subject to: Students with a GPA of under 1.5 in the previous semester are subject to academic warning.
- Academic Warning Expulsion: Those who have received 3 consecutive academic warnings or 4 in total
- Re-admission restriction: Students expelled from the university can apply for re-admission 2 semesters after being expelled.
