Both you and your parents are foreign nationals who meet the following criteria.
- Those eligible for the same application as [General Admissions].
- Those who have passed the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) administered by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) at level 3 or above or those who have completed the advanced Korean course of the International Cooperation Center (including those scheduled to complete the course in February of the year of admission), or those who have passed their Korean test (equivalent to TOPIK level 3).
- Students admitted under the foreign special admission program must obtain a level 4 or higher on the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) by graduation.

Qualify as one of the following
- Colleges (including 3-year colleges) and those recognized as having equivalent academic qualifications by law
- Those who have completed at least two years at a university (including industrial universities, Korea National Open University, etc.) and have earned 65 credits or more (60 credits or more when applying to the School of Applied Humanities & Public Service and the School of Law & Business Administration).
※ Must satisfy both the second-year completion requirement of the home university and the university's designated credit standard. Must satisfy both the requirements for completing the second year of the home university and the criteria for the number of credits designated by this university.
- Those who have completed at least 2 years or 4 semesters (excluding seasonal semesters) and earned 65 credits or more (60 credits or more when applying to the School of Applied Humanities & Public Service and the School of Law & Business Administration) at 85 colleges designated by the Ministry of Education per Article 50.3 of the Higher Education Act (separate announcement on the website).
※ Must satisfy both the second-year completion requirement of the home university and the university's designated credit standard. - Those who have acquired (planned to acquire) 80 or more credits (bachelor's program) under the Credit Transfer Act and the Continuing Education Act.
