
Educational Objectives and Introduction
Educational administration aims to improve the efficiency of educational administration in Korea by enhancing the theoretical and practical administrative ability of all administrations related to education. Education administration aims to improve the quality of classroom instruction by raising the professional quality of education and improving the efficiency of education administration, and increase the effectiveness of human, material, institutional and financial support by organically linking the administrative institutionalization of unit schools, regional education offices, municipal education offices, and the Ministry of Education. Educational administration aims to cultivate the ability to carry out efficient educational administration activities that meet various educational needs in response to the changing times of education.
Since its opening in 2000, Department of Educational Administration has produced a large number of graduate students majoring in Educational Administration. In order to enhance the professionalism of educational administration, Department of Educational Administration provides practical skills through in-depth insight into the direction of educational administration in accordance with the change of the times and practical participation of educational sites in practical terms. The Department of Educational Administration offers various curriculums such as education administration research, education system and law, school management theory, scholarship theory, education economics, and education policy. It is also striving to increase the efficiency of administration for education.
